Roaches

German cockroaches are well-known indoor cockroaches with a distribution that is world-wide. Smaller than other types of cockroaches, the pests can hide in small spaces and hitch rides in bags, boxes, and many other infested items that are brought inside the home. In multi-unit apartment buildings, they can easily move between units, using the shared plumbing and pipes as a highway.

What Attracts Them?
One of the most common sources of problems with German cockroaches are used items like furniture and luggage. Pre-owned electronics are also hiding places for the pests, which gravitate towards these warm devices.

Bees

Bumble bees and Honey bees are endangered and are NOT pests, as they are highly beneficial.  If it's any of those it would be very important to safe-guard them, relocate without any harm. I don't think we can stress enough the importance of the matter.  We have actually rejected services against other garden pests pending the relocation of bees.

What type of bee are you talking? Bumble, yellow jacket, honey? YJ are easy enough, some non repellent control product would do the job. Bumble are beneficial and becoming endangered and leave ppl well enough alone, educate the client. Sometimes not doing a service can be extremely beneficial to your integrity and business. You might be able to do a trap out for honey bees. A product call Bee-Go and pour it gently down inside the cavity. The bees will leave the cavity due to the smell and they will collect as a group outside.

It would be preferable to remove the complete colony; wax, honey, and bees but if the owner doesn't want the wall damaged you could do a trap out. You would need to make a cone out of screen and make the small end small enough that the bees can't go back in.  This takes quite some time to do as the larvae take 21 days to hatch, then they are nurse bees, then they progress to foragers and that could take up to 3 weeks

Beatles

Ground beetles are usually found outside of people's homes and businesses.
Ground beetles usually start coming into people's homes once they become overpopulated on the exterior.

Ground beetles are from brown to black color from a quarter inch to 2 inch in length with a hard exoskeleton, you can hear the crunchiness if you step on one.

Ground beetles usually forage for food at night and live in the daytime under the darkness of rocks with chips and mulch. This environments protects them from the elements however very severe weather can translocate them to seek better shelter options, mainly indoors, especially in the fall when they are getting ready for brutal Winters
